Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and learned advocate for the State at length.

Perused the entire material in the Case Diary including the FIR. It appears to us that the allegation as made out in the FIR is really serious in nature wherein the involvement of the present accused petitioner is found to be prima facie prominent. In view of the same, prayer for anticipatory bail is considered and rejected.

CRM (A) 350 of 2023 is dismissed.
