Petitioners Mr. Sandeep Dutta For the Petitioners Mr. Kallol Charjee Mr. Biswarup Roy For the State The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and are no way responsible for the alleged offence. It is submitted that the allegation that the petitioners are engaged in prostitution is false and fabricated.

The learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioners are involved in prostitution and victim girls were recovered from their place.

Having considered the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 351 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of.
