AGP, Mr. Bedashruti Bose ....for the State This intra Court appeal arises out of an order dated 30th April, 2025, by which the Learned Single Bench dismissed the writ petition being WPA 545 of 2025 filed by the appellant on the ground that there are internal civil disputes between the appellant and his son for which the police interference is unwarranted. After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, we do not find any infirmity in the order as the same relates to dispute between the appellant and his son in connection with immovable property, in respect of which the appellant is seeking to raise boundary wall with the police assistance. We are, therefor, not inclined to interfere with the order impugned.

The appeal being MAT 42 of 2025 and the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 are accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.) (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
