Records reveal that the writ petition has been adjourned on 21st January, 2020 and 17th February, 2020. It appears that the writ petitioner is not interested to prosecute with the application and, as such, is absent even though on two previous occasions adjournments had been granted.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
