Records of the case reflect that the present application for anticipatory bail is advanced on the second occasion, earlier in CRM (A) 104 of 2025 the Hon'ble Division Bench has rejected the prayer of the petitioner on the basis of the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS of the victim.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner emphasized on the medical report which has been referred to in the charge-sheet.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that victim was kidnapped and detained for about four days till she was recovered by the police authorities.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the present application do not make out any circumstances for interference and the petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, CRM (A) 325 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
