Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering facts and circumstance of the instant case and considering that there was a recovery of commercial quantity of ganja, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
