He draws attention to disclosure at page 34, being order dated 18th June, 2019 of Division Bench, by which applicants' application for bail was rejected. Following from the order is set out below.

"Furthermore, we do not find any changed circumstances having occurred after the rejection of the earlier application for bail filed by the petitioners on January 9, 2019. However, we give our anxious consideration to the fact that though the charge sheet was filed in the month of December 2018 yet the charges have not been framed.

We, therefore, direct the concerned Judicial Officer to take utmost efforts to frame the charges and take

all consequential steps in relation thereto on an expeditious basis."

Mr. Sarkar, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, first out of ten prosecution witnesses is being examined-in-chief.

This application is disposed of by requesting the Special Court to proceed with the trial expeditiously for its logical conclusion on adjudication without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
