Case No. 920 of 2024 dated 07.10.2024. Learned advocate on a query from this Court submits that the investigation of the case is still in progress. Since the prayer is for expeditious hearing of the main case and the investigation till date has not been completed, I am of the opinion that the revisional application is misplaced. Consequently, CRR 236 of 2025 is dismissed.
