The petitioner alleges that the police authorities have not taken any steps pursuant to the registration of an FIR and initiation of Matigara Police Station Case No.144 of 2023.

This Court is of the view that justice would be sub served if the police authorities are directed to complete the investigation and reach the same to its logical conclusion by making sincere effort to trace out the missing person.

The police shall conclude the investigation within the next three months. Necessary raids, interrogation, etc., shall be made.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
