Today it has been pointed out that the charge-sheet has already been submitted. In that view of the matter, the question of issuance of notice under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure may not arise.

The allegation against the petitioner is of cheating several people. We have seen the statements of witnesses in the case diary. Prima facie, there are enough incriminating material against the petitioner. We are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is rejected. C.R.M. 905 of 2021 is dismissed.
