Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Municipal Corporation submits that action shall be taken in due course.
I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties.
After having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, I am of the view that the Commissioner, Siliguri Municipal Corporation should act in accordance with law and carry out an inspection and thereafter proceed in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of.
Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.
There will be no order as to costs.
