The petitioners seek to make necessary rectification in the deed of sale executed in their favour by one Subrata Saha and others. The petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum under Section 26 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 for redressal of their grievance.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 1164 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
