Heard learned counsels for the parties.
The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of MAT suit no.29 of 2019 which is being analogously heard with MAT suit no.167 of 2022 by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court, Jalpaiguri.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disposal of the case is being delayed due to several adjournments taken by the opposite party/wife before the learned trial Court.
Learned counsel for the opposite party denies and disputes the said contention.
Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the civil revisional application is disposed of directing the learned trial Court to take the proceedings to their logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
