1. In view of the injury report and seizure list as available in C.D which duly corroborate the allegation made in the F.I.R relating to involvement of the petitioner in inflicting serious injury upon the victim, the submission made on behalf of the petitioners' that only false allegation have been made against them are found not substantive.

2. Instead considering materials as above in C.D, petitioners' bail prayer is rejected.
