Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned advocate for the State submits that commercial quantity of narcotic substance i.e. 6800 bottles of phensedyl syrup was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and bearing in mind the fact that narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
