For State Petitioner is the son of a retired employee of West Bengal Comprehensive Area Development Corporation. He submitted a representation dated January 19, 2022 praying for appointment as daily wage labourer on the ground that he rendered service for some time under the Corporation.

Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider such representation.

WPA 1509 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider the representation dated January 19, 2022 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
