Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of Siliguri Primary Teachers' Training College & Siliguri Terai B.Ed. College. Without any reason whatsoever, the petitioner is not being allowed to appear in the third semester and fourth semester examinations in the Bachelor of Education course.

Mr. Dhar, learned advocate appearing for the University submits, upon instruction, that the University Authorities are ready and willing to allow the petitioner to participate in the said third semester and

fourth semester examinations pertaining to the B. Ed course.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the appearing parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
