Case No.326 of 2017 pursuant to Seizure Case no. 03/CL/IMP/DRI/SLG/2017-18 dated 14.06.2017.

His further submission, this application because arrest warrant has been issued against client, without first issuing summons. Had summons been issued, his client would have appeared. He refers us to pages 49 and 50 of the application to submit, his client's statement was obtained in July and August 2017. Mr. Paul, learned advocate appears on behalf of revenue and submits, custody is necessary. Anticipatory bail should not be granted and applicant be directed to surrender.

This application is rejected. Applicant might surrender and obtain regular bail.
