* * * * The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to supply certain information as mentioned in Para 2 of the writ petition. It is not in dispute that earlier the writ petitioners had filed WPA 23561 of 2018 (Sarada Pleasure and Adventure Limited and Anr. v. Union of India and Ors.), where similar prayer was made. The same was disposed on June 22, 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have enquired from the Court of CJM, Jalpaiguri, no charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioners. No copy has been furnished to them.

WPA 1212 of 2021 Be that as it may, as earlier petition filed by the petitioners for the same relief, was disposed of on June 22, 2021, a fresh petition for the same relief cannot be entertained. If any grievance of the petitioners subsists or the statement made by the counsel for CBI is stated to be incorrect, the petitioners may avail of their appropriate remedy.
