The writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall proceed with the reconstitution of the Managing Committee of the Kalmati High Madrasha (H.S.), Dist. Coochbehar in case no Managing Committee is in existence, within 30 days from the date of

communication of this order, in accordance with law.
