1. Against the petitioner, serious allegations have been made of siphoning of the money of the depositors, which was handed over to him by the respective depositors to be submitted with the Micro Finance Company of the de facto complainant.

2. The petitioner has been an employee of the said Micro Finance Company.

3. Depositors' statements are available in C.D, indicating and supporting the allegation made against the petitioner.

4. It is further noted that investigation is completed and charge sheet is submitted. During the entire period of investigation,

the petitioner has remained absconding, hence, conducted himself in an unsupportable manner.

5. Considering materials available as well as conduct of the petitioner, his bail prayer is rejected.
