The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition seeking compliance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in WPA 555 of 2023 and WPA 577 of 2023, both dated 12.06.2023.

Learned Advocate for the State-respondents submits that the said orders had already been complied with and a final order has been passed on 10.06.2025.

In view of the said submission, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks liberty to challenge the final order which was passed during the pendency of the proceeding. Liberty is granted in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been filed by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted.
