There is an allegation of gang rape upon the victim at the instance of the present accused petitioner and the other coaccused persons. It appears from the case diary that the present accused petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification (T.I.) Parade.
Such being the position, we consider that it is not a fit case for granting bail to the present accused petitioner and accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
The application for bail being CRM (DB) 265 of 2023 is, accordingly dismissed.
