Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 542 days and till date the evidence has not commenced, although charge was framed on 03.05.2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the FSL report was received lately and subsequently supplementary charge-sheet was submitted on 10.06.2025. In view of the gravity of the offence, I direct the learned Special Court to conclude the evidence of the victim by 30.09.2025.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court for bail after the evidence of the victim is over. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 105 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
