Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and so far as the allegations are concerned they do not survive as subsequently the de-facto complainant's name is appearing in the LR records.

State has raised objection to the effect that there were transfers which were changed on the basis of General Power of Attorney which was prepared in a fraudulent manner by way of impersonating the de-facto complainant and transfer of the property had been effected.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that although the case is based on documents and the de facto complainant has already received the property but offence has been committed. It would be the discretion of the learned Jurisdictional Court to consider the regular bail of the petitioner. However, so far as the prayer for anticipatory bail is concerned, I am not inclined to favour the petitioner with an order.

Thus, CRM (A) 343 of 2025 is dismissed.
