At the outset it is submitted by Mr.

Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 4, 5, & 6 that the writ petition has become infructous inasmuch as the order of freezing dated May 30, 2025 that has been challenged by way of the instant writ petition has lost force in view of the subsequent order of provisional attachment that has been passed on June 21, 2025 against the following persons:-

1. Shri Prasanna Kumar Roy residing at Villa No. 105, Ideal Villas, Kochpukur, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal-700156.

2. Smt. Kajal Soni Roy residing at Villa No.

105, Ideal Villas, Kochpukur, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal-700156.

3. M.s. Samsing Organic Tea Private Limited (Through its director).

4. M.s. Yangtong Organic Tea Private Limited (Through its director)

5. M.s Bamandanga Tea Estate Private Limited (Through its director).

It is submitted that the said order pertains to the same properties to which the impugned order of freezing relates. In view of the aforesaid submissions, since the order impugned dated May 30, 2025 has already lost force and has been superseded by provisional attachment order dated June 21, 2025, this writ petition being WPA 1207 of 2025 is disposed of as having become infructuous.
