1. Learned counsel for the petitioner moves CAN 5 of 2025 praying for direction upon the respondent bank to disburse the entitled pension to the petitioner in terms of the prayer of petitioner dated 2nd July, 2025 within six weeks from the date of passing of the proposed order with interest at the rate of 9% per annum under the interplay of the Central Bank of India (Employees) Pension Regulation, 1995 read with Clause 6 (b) of Bipartite Settlement,2002 dated 10.04.2002.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/bank submits that they intend to use an opposition to the said CAN application in view of the fact that in this case he is not entitled to get any pension.

3. Considering the disputes and issues involved in the present case, the respondent/bank shall file their objection to the CAN application and also in the writ application by the 21st March, 2026. Reply, thereto, if any , be filed by 10th April, 2026

in both the writ application and CAN application.

4. Matter be listed before the respective Bench in April, 2026.
