Mr. Debabrata Dhar Ms. Paramita Sahu ...For the State No one appears in support of the writ petition, although the learned advocate for the State is present. The writ petition was filed on 18th December, 2019. Records reveal that the writ petition has been adjourned on 24th January, 2020 and 18th February, 2020. It appears that the writ petitioner is not interested to prosecute with the application and, as such, is absent even though on two previous occasions adjournments had been granted.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
