The petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the Chief Information Commissioner, West Bengal Information Commission, Bhabani Bhaban, Alipore, Kolkata, the respondent no. 4 herein, as regards Rina Biswas -Vs.- Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalpaiguri.

In those circumstances the State Information Commission is directed to dispose of the said appeal within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the writ application is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
