The petitioner claims that the private respondent no. 6 herein unauthorizedly encroached upon his land. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

I am afraid that the writ Court is not empowered to look into or decide the private dispute in between the parties.

Accordingly, WPA of stands dismissed.

The petitioner shall be entitled to approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.
