Inadvertent typographical errors had crept in the order dated 17th June, 2025.

In the first line of paragraph 2 of order dated 17th June, 2025, the words 'The petitioner, scheduled commercial bank,' be read as 'The petitioner, non-banking financial company'. Furthermore, in the third line of paragraph 8 of the said order, the words 'dated 9.1.2023' be read as 'dated 09.11.2023'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
