Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that she has not approached the school and has directly written to the District Inspector of School for the intradistrict transfer. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that she shall take appropriate proceedings in approaching the school which, inter alia, will forward the application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of School.

At this stage learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
