The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for modification of the conditions for bail granted to the petitioner by the Learned Vacation Judge, Siliguri.

Since there is specific provision for modification of order of bail in the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner must take recourse of the said provision. The petitioner may also file appropriate application before the High Court at Calcutta for modification of the order of bail in the Appellate Side of Criminal Jurisdiction. Though the petitioner is not present, on perusal of the contents of the writ petition I find that the instant petition is not at all maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
