Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case by the de-facto complainant who was never the eye witness to the incident complained of. It has further been stated that the victim/deceased died because of some other reason and the petitioner along with others have been foisted with the murder case.

State has produced the Case Diary. Case Diary reflects that the petitioner was named from the inception and had been evading the process of law.

Having regard to the statement appearing against the present petitioner in the Case Diary, I am not inclined to favour the petitioner with an order of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 352 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
