1. All the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this bail application are present.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail by submitting that petitioner is in custody for 582 days.
3. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner/accused on bail while eight witnesses out of ten witnesses have already been examined at the behest of the prosecution.
4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected.
5. As a sequel, CRM (M) 110 of 2025 stands disposed of.
6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
