1. The petitioner is an accused person in connection with Birpara Police Station Case NO.42 of 2026 dated 19.03.2026, in connection with GDE No.785 under Section 21(c)/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 pending before the Learned Special Court (NDPS) Alipurduar.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner appears and submits that after arrest of the petitioner the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.

3. Considering as above, the present application is disposed of being infructuous.
