Application for anticipatory bail is filed on the ground that the petitioner and the victim had a love affair and the victim girl was subsequently recovered.

Having considered the case diary and having examined the statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC, this Court finds nothing substantially incriminating against the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further

conditions that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders and he shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within a fortnight from date. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 319 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
