Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in obstructing police personnel who had come to the spot to investigate cognizable offences resulting in grievous injury to them and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
