Petitioner(s) Mr. Sudip Guha ... for the petitioner(s) Mr. Bhaskar Das Ms. Sukanya Adhikary ... for the State Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that similarly placed accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge and chargesheet has also been submitted in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate submits that as the charge-sheet has been submitted, further detention of the petitioner in connection with the instant case is unwarranted. Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary as also the medical documents which relate to

injuries sustained by all the victims including one Kapiran Bibi.

Having regard to the nature of the injuries so sustained by the injured/victims and on consideration of the statement of the victims, I am not inclined to the release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(A) 360 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
