Further, it has been contended that the petitioner no.2 is a student and he has been falsely implicated in the case although he is not named in the FIR.
Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that there are specific overt act attributed to both
the petitioners which will find its place in the medical documents/injury report.
I have considered the injury report and having regard to the nature of the injuries which are reflected therein as also the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is Rejected.
Accordingly, CRM(A) 361 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
