Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent of the charges and they have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case because of previous rivalry.

Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary and drawn the attention to the injury report as well as the statements of the witnesses which points to the complicity of the present petitioners. Having regard to the nature of the injuries and the other materials appearing against the petitioners, I am of the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly,

the prayer for anticipatory bail by the petitioners being (1) Rahim Miah @ Rahim Miya; (2) Rahaman Miya; (3) Reyajul Miya @ Rasidul Islam and (4) Ajijar Miya is rejected. Consequently, CRM (A) 362 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
