Counsel for the petitioner submits that after going through the record of the writ petition, the petitioner finds that several documents have not been disclosed and without the said documents, the writ petition cannot be taken into consideration.

Accordingly, the Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ application, with the liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, WPA No. 1220 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.
