1. In absence of any instruction being received by the learned Counsel representing the State as regards proclamation and attachment has been issued against the petitioners who have been absconding for almost 6 years, we dispose of this matter by directing the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Court within two weeks from date.

2. The petitioners may not be arrested for a period of two weeks from date.

3. The learned Trial Court shall decide the application for bail on surrender on its own merits.

4. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
