1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated.

2. The learned Counsel for the State, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary directly implicating the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and having regard to the fact that the petitioner did not respond to the notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., the application for anticipatory bail is rejected and disposed of.
