Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a land dispute between the petitioners and that of the de-facto complainant and as a consequence of which they have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case, as such on any condition the petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary and drawn the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim. The statement of the victim reflects the names of the present petitioners as well as the nature of injury.

On an assessment of the nature of injuries, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Consequently, CRM (A) 365 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
