2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents and each of them to pass a reasoned order against the prayer made by the petitioner vide letter dated 3.4.2022, duly received by the authority on 18.4.2022 in accordance with law.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that several representations have been made by the petitioner before the respondent no. 4 dated 29.8.2023 is still pending consideration.

4. None appears for the respondents.

5. Accordingly, writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider and dispose of the representation dated 29.8.2023 filed by the petitioner herein on hearing all the stake holders and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of communication of this orderl.
