Mr. Chakraborty is entitled to have a junior of his choice. The appointment of both Mr. Chakraborty and the junior of his choice, if any, be regularized by the concerned authority. Let a copy of the revisional application be served upon the learned advocate for the State.

Learned advocate for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners are ready and willing to appear before the learned CJM, Jalpaiguri. However, they apprehend that they may be taken into custody as warrant of arrest has been issued by the learned Court.

Having considered the undertaking by the learned advocate for the petitioner, I direct that the warrant of arrest so issued by the learned CJM, Jalpaiguri in connection with Nagrakata P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 be kept in abeyance till 27th June, 2025.

In case, the petitioners appear before the Court, the learned CJM, Jalpaiguri on furnishing bond of local surety by the petitioners would consider the application for bail in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 263 of 2025 is disposed of.
