As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Mr. Luksom is entitled to have a junior of his choice. The appointment of both Mr. Luksom and the junior of his choice, if any, be regularized by the concerned authority.
In view of the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CRR 264 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh with all the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C.
