The petitioner was granted bail on 19th June, 2025 subject to furnishing bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom should be local. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to furnish such bond due to financial stringency.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish bond of Rs. 10,000/- of two sureties of like amount each, one of whom should be local. The other conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
