The grievance of the petitioners is directed against filling up the vacant posts of Anganwadi Centres which was held as far back in 2009. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the viva voce in respect of the subject selection was also held between 2010 to 2012. However, no merit list has been published till date.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioners pray for relief inter alia for publishing of the merit list. The State-respondents are represented and submits that a fresh Selection Committee has been formed and a fresh selection process has been initiated.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no scope of passing any order in favour of the petitioners. The petition has for all purposes become infructuous. Hence, WPA 1360 of 2021 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to participate in any fresh selection process initiated by the Staterespondents in accordance with law. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
